Ad Alta Tutoring is seeking experienced tutors to work with students in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Tutors help students excel academically by working one-on-one to review school curriculum and supplementing classroom assignments with relevant activities and resources. Tutors will maintain regular contact with students, parents, and teachers (if appropriate) and write notes following each lesson to document student progress.
Requirements
Subject matter expertise
Minimum three years of experience in teaching or tutoring target subject
Exceptional interpersonal skills and energetic, patient personality
Degree in the target subject preferred but not required
